We have a project delivery methodology designed specifically for implementing Axis, developed and refined over many different client projects. Our processes emphasise the importance of managing requirements and stakeholder needs and expectations throughout the lifecycle of the project. We place much emphasis on managing project communications.
The AXIS system is also designed to be easy to use. There is no need for day to day users to configure the system so a light tough training session is all that is required. Adept can provide a range of on-site or classroom-based training courses.
We don’t hide behind anonymous call centres who triage your support requests, but often act as a barrier to getting to the expertise that you need. Instead, you get a straight through to trained staff with the right skills and experience to understand your issue and the power to provide a solution.
Axis as a service
Axis can optionally be deployed as an “as a service” model. With this deployment, customers still benefit from a system that is tailored to their unique requirements. They still own their version of the Axis software and of course they still own their data.
