ENI UK operates the Liverpool Bay production complex off the north-west coast of England, including the Douglas platform, the Point of Ayr gas terminal and a floating storage and offtake vessel.

In 2016, production started from Conwy, an oil field and wellhead platform operated by EOG Resources and tied in to Douglas. As the first third-party field to use the Liverpool Bay infrastructure, Conwy necessitated the introduction of a completely new allocation procedure.
